For 33 years, I have been writing articles, press releases, speeches, scripts, crisis communication messages and everything in between for newspapers, magazines, universities, schools and companies.
I continue to be amazed that strangers will share their jobs, their research, their highs and their lows with me, entrusting me to convey their thoughts, their disappointments and their triumphs with the world.
